Can I return my bath bomb if I change my mind?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind. All bath bomb sales are final.

What if my bath bomb arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the item and packaging within 7 days. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue, including replacement or refund if appropriate.

How do I request a replacement or refund?

RETURNS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about your purchase, we're here to help. To be eligible for a return:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
Products must be undamaged and in resellable condition.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
Product must be returned within 14 days of receiving, calculated according to the delivery tracking timestamp.

Refunds will only be issued for products that are returned in a resellable and unused/unopened condition.

If a product is damaged in transit due to improper packaging by the buyer, a partial refund will be considered based on the item's condition.

The buyer assumes responsibility for securely packing the returned item.

COMPANY FAULT

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is not as described, you may return the product at no cost for a full refund.
For items damaged during shipping, please provide photographic evidence for verification.

We aim for your complete satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.

RETURN PROCESS

Timeframe

All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the parcel’s arrival. Requests made outside this period may not be eligible for return.
All company fault returns must be sent out by the buyer within 30 days of receiving the printable return label.
All change of mind returns must be sent out by the buyer within 30 days of return acceptance, and receival of return address.

When Fuzzbom is at fault

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label, attach it securely to the parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post Office. There will be no cost to you.

Change of mind

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return request has been approved (within the 14-day window), we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Please note that items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
