Fuzzbom began in Brisbane in 2013 as a creative outlet that grew into a small business. From the start, the focus has been on design - the way shapes, colours, and small details come together to make something playful and enjoyable. Making bath bombs became a way to combine that love of design with something people could use and appreciate in their everyday lives.

Every product is created in-house, from the first idea through to the moulds we sculpt and cast ourselves. Because we design everything, the shapes you see at Fuzzbom are original. They're made by hand in our home studio, not mass-produced or bought from a factory. This keeps the process personal and gives each batch a sense of craft that can’t be copied.

For us, this is as much a hobby as it is a job. It's about experimenting with colour and form, and seeing people enjoy the end result. That's why we make sure our prices stay fair and accessible. We've never understood why many bath bomb makers charge such a high premium, because we can source quality ingredients and create with care without pushing costs to that level.

We also keep our recipes simple and considerate. We avoid SLS, SLSA, soap bases, and other additives that can be harsh, and instead rely on natural clays, gentle oils, and skin-safe colourants. The aim is to make something safe for kids, enjoyable for adults, and easy to use without leaving behind unnecessary residue.

Where possible, we source ingredients locally in Australia, and all orders are packed and sent directly from Brisbane. At its core, Fuzzbom is about honest craft. It’s about making something fun, colourful, and designed with care - not just for the sake of the product itself, but for the enjoyment it can bring to the people who use it.

Our aim is to stay accessible and fairly priced. We don't believe good products or good service should come at a premium.

Every bath bomb we send out is something we would be happy to receive ourselves. If a product is cracked, old, or even slightly below standard, it doesn't go in a regular order - it’s set aside and later sold at a clearly marked discount. We never pass off sub-par stock as full-priced.

​

We put ourselves in the customer's shoes. That means straightforward service, quick replies, and no red tape. If there's ever an issue, we don't shift the fault onto the customer. We take responsibility and sort it out, because that’s the way we'd expect to be treated.

​Some companies frame these simple practices as "exceptional service." To us, they're just the basics, and the standard we'd want if we were the customer.
